Virtually every Epson printer I know have a paperfeed that is designed for vertical paper feed. But maybe I misunderstood and you don't want to flip at any axis, but instead rotate it 180 degrees... With my Epson, the envelope is inserted with the opening side at the fixed side, the closed side at the size with the lever to adjust to the page width.
