Create a second data sheet where each normal cell (i.e. H11) contains the formula "=Sheet1:H11" and all date cells contain the formula: =IF(NOT(ISBLANK($Sheet1.H11));$Sheet1.H11-2;"") 2. Ensure all date cells are formatted so that the 'Number' tab shows them formatted as dates.
