In my (dup) Issue (75223) I have a screenshot between the way to split document in 2 windows, and the way MSOffice do it with split screen. The space that the duplicated bars take, is a negative (-specially if you have 2 toolbards in the top part - i have the second one in column left) of using 2 windows. And I see that this usefull for many users (that use OOWriter for proffesional and not only reasons) feature hasnt been set to created since OOo 1.1 RC4 to 2.1 version. Anyway..
