------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 3 18:48:53 -0800 2005 ------- I found that if the page number in a document has been adjusted to start by (-2) so page number 3 becomes 1, the page numbers for the entries in the table of content are not adjusted. It is frustrating to be confined to only way of numbering in the table of content. I suggest to allow the table of content to offset the page number of the entry. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
