User fs changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ CC|'fs' |'fs,tv' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Mar 14 08:33:38 +0000 2007 ------- well, in dBase (the format used for the bibliography), every record takes as much spaces as specified for all fields together. That is, even if you do have a 1-character title, in the underlying file it would take up 255 characters - for every record. Similar for all other fields. Finally, I don't have a strong opinion on the best field length, I just think 75 is a good compromise. fs->tv: what do you think about increasing this? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
