The solution is simple : I need nothing else baseline alignment. I never used a
vertical alignment for my equation ! So this alignment will replace the current
vertical alignment. And if someone needs another alignment, it's possible to
manually change vertical position with Alt-Arrow keys as now ! LaTeX (and even
Word) has this default position and I never changed it.

yes it's a bad hack but it's currently like that : if I change font or size, I
must remember to edit ALL formula because OOo doesn't change them. That's why
Damths and CmathOOo have macros to do that. If you want OOo to change attributes
of formula when font, size, color, etc... change, it would be great.
But for the alignment, if the baseline becomes the default : no need to add
change, only refresh position (and size, font, ...) if document changes. It
would be a nice new feature !
