------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Mar 18 04:19:08 +0000 2007 ------- Confirmed that the work PC (which has the "openOffice.org2" folder) works fine; where as the home PC (which does not have this folder at all) does not work well with the same sample file. Here are the differences between these two PCs: The home PC has dual boot (with SuSE Linux 10), and starts with GRUB. The office PC has only Windows. Both PCs have Win XP, SP-2. But the office PC has DELL's packaged version of Windows. Windows on my home PC is the generic version. Since the two PCs behave differently, we have a chance to isolate the fault. So what should I do next?
