After insertion of a frame it will be selected. Some people want to edit the
frame properties, other want to write directly into the frame. Writer can only
guess in this case...
MRU->FL: maybe it could be useful to have the frame with cursor inside when it
has been inserted via dialog. When it has been draw directly with mouse, it
should be selected. What do you think about this?
