Yup, looks like issue 75249, which got fixed in OOF680_m12 with revision
1.36.34.1 of vcl/unx/source/gdi/salgdi2.cxx. Kendy's patch would work around the
problem too. I think the best solution would be neither of both workarounds but
selecting the right render picture format in the first place.
For such small things as icons render acceleration doesn't make much of a
difference IMHO though, so I'm not sure if working on the perfect solution is
worth it here.
