First steps:
(1) Remove direct notifications between SfxObjectShell and SfxBaseModel and
replace them by listener relations
(2) Move all printing related code into a helper class that implements
XPrintable and so can get everything forwarded; decide wether this helper class
will become a standalone service or if we will implement XPrintable also at the
Controller
(3) Make the DocumentInfoObject a service that is directly controlled by the
Model; SfxDocumentInfo then will become a user of this object in the same way
that SfxObjectShell will become a user of the Model
