------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Mar 23 14:21:06 +0000 2007 ------- Hi Eike, Alan, Ronware We discussed this issue thoroughly about three years ago on the IVRIX-discussions and Linux-IL lists. Use of consecutive Hebrew letters HEBREW_LETTER_ALEPH through HEBREW_LETTER_TAV and followed by HEBREW_LETTER_ALEPH HEBREW_LETTER_ALEPH through HEBREW_LETTER_ALEPH HEBREW_LETTER_TAV for outline numbering is mandated by at least one repectable old Israeli textbook. In fact, examples of this usage are rare, and in electronic format do not exist. There are no examples of consecutive letter numbering in footnote, paragraph or page numbering, either in traditionally printed religious texts or in modern but pre-computer Israeli texts. - yba --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
