Sounds as if related to or DUP of Issue 68226, but that issue seems to be only
for MAC / Unix.
I can confirm the crippled page view with "2.2.0RC3 Multilanguage/German
version WIN XP: [680m11(Build9129)]" and all other versions I tried.
