The Translation for "Estilo de la diapositiva" is "Slide Design"
The translation for "Diseño de diapositiva" is Slide Layout.
With "Estilo de la diapositiva" you change to "Paginas Maestras" in the tasks
bar and you can change the design of the slide background.
With "Diseño de diapositiva" you change to "Diseños" in the tasks bar and you
can change the layout of the of the slide (e.g. Title Text, Title Chart, Title
Object...).
Both works correct.
I change the resolution to works for me.
