I fixed the first part of this issue, embeded list styles now have the style
name from their parent style.
I can't yet fix the second issue as this would be an incompatible change. But I
changed the behaviour that on import I hard format wether bullets are enabled or
not enabled. This will allow a version with this fix to correctly read documents
that do not export the "text:enable-numbering" anymore.
This can be tested by starting the office with the environment variable
ENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL_ODF_EXPORT set. Then The office will no longer export the
"test:enable-numbering" attribute. This is not the final solution but it should
be checked that an office with this fix and without the environment variable set
can handle documents without the enable numbering attribute. Paragraph that had
numberings before should keep the numbering, paragraphs without numberings
should stay without numbering.
