Looks like OOo2.2 tries to emove an older version of OOo (2.0?). This older
version hasn't been uninstalled clearly or is damaged somehow. Please try to
remove the older version manually. I would assume that this won't work either.
So you have to try the 'Windows Installer CleanUp Utility'
(http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=75906) to clean up your
system. After this OOo 2.2 should install.
