2007 -------
I fixed the validation error by not exporting pres:additive when the value is
base. This is currently the only value used by effects from OOo and is also the
default value of the implementation. So we will have no validation problems
except if effects are created by hand or imported from other applications like
powerpoint.
I will clone this issue so we will fix this problem later
