Currently auto-complete works by dictionary. So if I have an English US
dictionary, UK dictionary and Canada dictionary, I need to enter an autocomplete
for each dictionary.

It would be nice to have an autocomplete for "English" which would affect all
English dictionaries.

It would also be nice to have an "All" options which would work for all
dictionaries.

The way I see it is an autocomplete would look for the current dictionary first,
if not, look in the language dictionary and if not, look for All.

When adding a new autocomplete, look in All and Language dictionaries to make
sure you are not overiding an existing one, and ask for confirmation before
saving.
