2007 -------
When pasting an object, its position attribute will be respected. Because the
position is measured relative to the paragraph it could be, that the position is
not directly on a grid point in a different paragraph. This is industry
standard, other Word processors behave the same way. 
But it could be nice to have an option where the user can define by himself if
the grid will be respected on cut/copy and paste of objects.
