Just a moment after the splash screen load, the program crashes: $ ./soffice ld.so.1: /home/dcarrera/ooo/program/soffice.bin: fatal: relocation error: file /home/dcarrera/ooo/program/ucpgvfs1.uno.so: symbol gnome_vfs_initialized: referenced symbol not found Killed This is on Solaris (2.8 I think) on SPARC. The earlier versions (1.9.7x) all worked fine, though I never tried 79. I'll upload the script I used to install OOo.
