I have attached a C++ code for that issue, unfortunately that code does NOT cover regular expressions. For the full implementation of this issue, I will first need to add that functionality to the above mentioned issue, though I fear that I do NOT really understand how the REGEXP search is implemented and there is NO good documentation for it (see my comments to that issue). When that is done, I will return to this issue.
