There are indeed usability problems with using the mouse. I adjust the summery
accordingly. Perhaps it can be handled together with issue 44768.
@enmane: You can select the properties of a data series from its symbol in the
legend. Use a single click into the selected legend, directly onto the data
series symbol.
I don't know, whether it is worth to hold this issue, because the new chart
module is coming soon. The new chart works different. There you can get both,
Data Series line and regression line, from there symbols in the legend. Clicking
on the line in the diagram selects the regression line. If the regression line
is selected, press Shift-F3 to leave the statistic group and select the data
series line. If the data series line is selected, press F3 to enter the
statistic group and select the regression line.
@enmane: Please try the new Chart module, and report usability problems for that
module in a new issue.
