What this have to do with the fact that OO modify style of the lines outside of the selection? Where the cursor is is irrelevant when a selection is made. Maybe you did not reproduce the problem, may I further help? Do you need more sequences? BTW: If you are so worry about current users response, maybe they just don't report, as I did for about two years?
