The link is not random, I just happen to know that the README file was not
updated correctly after I changed the license, so the link is the correct source
of information. This README non-being-updated was only a bug in the distribution
procedure and not my intention. I changed the license in December 2006, and I
will eventually remove OSL as in version 3.0 it got worse (LGPL is also crap for
data, but nevermind).

Yes, there was one update for the thesaurus since it was integrated. I already
filed an issue for integrating Polish spell-checking dictionary (clearly LGPL),
thesaurus and hyphenation patterns, see issue 71993), in November 2006. And it's
really frustrating to see that LGPL parts cannot get integrated. As a leader of
the Polish project after releasing another official Polish build I get dozens of
emails why the spell-check is dead.
