The XSLTFilter.jar is no longer in the Office classpath, therefore the context classloader have to be set. As only the context classloader is aware of the CLASSPATH given by the JAR Manifest. Otherwise the Xalan.jar (listed in the JAR Manifest) - the XSLT Engine of Apache delivered by the office won't be found and the XSLT Engine from the JDK was taken.
