To open the bibliography Database go to Tools>Bibliography Database. 3. Create a new record with values for all the fields in the form. 4. Select entry in the Author(s) field in the form. 5. In the Menu bar go to Edit>Cut. After choosing this we expect the Cut to cut the selected Author name. That does not happen. Cut menu item seems to be broken.
