- Make Sure the OOo 2.2 (Windows) Quickstarter is loadfd with the option
"OpenOffice.org beim Systemstart laden" (german OOo) checked.

- uncheck this checkbox

- click the option again in order to have it checked again

- by another right-click on the quickstarter you can see, that the checkbox has
NOT been enabled.

- Close the quickstarter.

- Open Windows' Task Manager: Note that the processes "soffice.exe" and
"soffice.BIN" are still running. In OOo 2.1 these processes have vanished after
closing the quickstarter.

I have updated OOo from 2.1 to 2.2 on 3 PCs (2 x Windows 2000, 1 x Windows XP).
Now OOo shows on all 3 PCs these problems.

It would be great if this bug could be fixed in the next release!
