OOo offers the possibility to create a linked TOC. 
These links look like the links one may insert into normal text (blue,
underlined). I think it's simply too much work to create another type of links
and use them instead of the normal "link type"...

OOo should use a different type of links which doesn't look like links in normal
text (blue, underlined).

A TOC with blue underlined text is not what one would expect in a professional
Office Suite like OpenOffice.org/StarOffice.
