Have you made any progress on this issue? It is really frustrating
because I keep forgetting not to select a row and I just had about 4
hours of work wiped out because of it. I know it is my fault for not
saving often enough, but all the same I'd like this bug to get fixed!

Does it occur with every spreadsheet? If not, please attach the faulty
spreadsheet.
Does it occur with a new user?
How do yo select the row? For example clicking on row head or using Shift+space
bar?
