------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Apr 23 08:53:16 +0000 2007 ------- Issue 76466 states that the icon names on Solaris have a '.' in openoffice.org, while .desktop entries have not. This is a related, but not the same issue. The problem with having a second '.' in the icon file name is that GNOME treats everything behind it as extension, even though the freedesktop spec clearly states the Icon name should be without any extension to allow to deliver both: .png and .svg. In short: the icon name must not have more than one '.' and the .desktop Icon entry must not have a '.' at all. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
