We have two problems with automatic name generation in Database wizard:
1. Wizard suggests evenly ending names as in "New DatabaseX". Repro steps:
1.1. Start Base and clik Finish. Click Save, accepting "New Database" name.
Close Base.
1.2. Start Base and clik Finish. Click Save, accepting "New Database2" name.
Close Base.
1.3. Start Base and clik Finish. Note that wizard suggested name "New
Database4".

2. Vista-specific - database name is not autogenerated if default save location
does not contain .odb file. Repro steps:
2.1. Make sure that default save location does not contain any .odb files.
2.2. Start Base, click Finish. Note that "File name" in dialog is empty.
This is not so on WinXP.
