Or do you mean "in the tree"? Which cws then?
If it's not fixed in the tree (i.e. in some cws) this issue shouldn't be marked
as fixed since the tree is what this issue was and is about. (and you probably
should
mention the cws if it's committed to some cws).
*If* the issue depends on 71993 (which you set yourself) it can't be closed
either since it waits for the fix to actually happen.
So: good that it's fixed somewhere butg as long as the copy in the tree is still
OPL-only this has to stay open
