->TL: extending existing ranges in the middle (as you described before) seems to
work, indeed. So, when you have data in columns and add a row in between, the
ranges become longer. Please verify if this is also possible for rows being
added after the current end (and beginning). (or adding columns when data comes
from rows).

If it is possible, please implement this, as this is a common user scenario and
a bit clumsy to work-around (the user has to edit all series and extend the
range of every range herself, or use the rectangular range, which may remove
re-ordering of series).

Adding a new column for a chart where data comes from columns would introduce a
new series. This  seems to be a bit more difficult. This can be work-arounded
relatively easily by using the "Add" button in the range dialog in chart. I
would see this part as less important.

Note, that this is a "before-release" issue, i.e. it is not targeted for
chart2mst3, but must be fixed as soon as chart2mst3 is integrated.
