Unfortunately, the .odp file that I supplied has gone through some more processing after it was converted from .ppt. I can't supply a file that will reproduce the problem during a ppt to odp conversion. The best I can guess is that when I did the conversion from ppt to odp, which was some time ago (probably at OO 1.9; at most 2.0), the filter for ppt to odp had a bug that has since been eliminated.
