Attached is a patch which adds trivial language check and use cEmDash instead cEnDash. Maybe it's time to make this feature localedata dependent. ;) This patch also affects language check for Hungarian and Finnish (issue 61005), some kind of optimization to not call GetAppLang() twice. Please, check if it doesn't break issue 61005.
