Open a Base file.
Start the Report Wizard
Toggle back to the Base file window and close it.
The Report wizard is still running, you can do all steps but one.
You can cancel the wizard, but not save the work.
When the wizard is canceled, if no other windows are open in OOo then OOo is
left running and an empty OOo Main window open on screen. ( For winXP it doesn't
matter if quickstarter is also running or not )

This seems to be related to issue 77025 but the way Ooo handles canceling the
wizard is different.

This was tested on all of the following with the same results:

2.0.3 M_210 WinXP ( SUN JRE 1.6 )
2.0.3 M_211 Linux 64 ( Kubuntu 7.04, Sun JRE 1.6 )
2.0.4 Linux ( Linux Distro Build on Ubuntu 6.10 )
