I sometimes got them when I pasted larger parts of the document (including graphics etc.) and I get them especially when the document from that I have copied was closed. But this is normal business as in this case an OLE object is created. As I said, this issue doesn't look so important that I want to have it investigated soon. There's much bigger fish to catch.
