Hi Rail,
Good to hear that this issue will switch from Cyrillic to Latin.
Are you sure the attached PDF shows the correct order? It simply appends all
combined letters after Z. To me it looks more logical what you wrote
previously.. anyway, you're the expert and I just follow what you suggest ;-)
So, according to the PDF the IndexKey data would be:
A-B D-Z {O'} {G'} {Sh} {Ch}
