To find the slot in one of the sd/sdi/*sdi files, one first has to locate the tool bar button in one of the sd/uiconfig/simpress/toolbar/*xml files. Grep for the command name in the sdi files to find the slot name (something like SID_...). The 'ReadOnlyDoc' attribute is probably set to TRUE for the two slots. That means that they are active in the read-only mode.
