Well, I'm sorry if my description of the issue was incomplete.
There is no problem with toolbar button and turning Gallery ON/OFF.
When "button" on divider clicked on step 3, Gallery collapses, i.e. "rolls up"
Now, if that "button" clicked again, Gallery rolls down. Still no problem.
However, when clicking on somewhere else on "rolled up" divider (not on
button!), Gallery still rolls down, but then collapses in about 1 second.
