I respectfully disagree. While I respect all your work on the help agent, I
believe that most users don't read the help. Just as Microsoft realized their
users want the paperclip not to pop up so often, so too I think many OOo users
don't want the Help Agent to do so.
So, I am reopening until this issue is fully decided.
