This is 80% of the time the function used by the user. The options within the menu after double clicking the image shows an option to keep the ratio, but this only functions when editing the pixels within the menu. An option after clicking the right mouse button must be there to override the ratio setup and making it possible to scale the image without the ratio being kept the same.
