Each new chapter starts counting over again except 12 and 13 (XII and XIII). This appears to work with the Mac OS X 2.2 release version. What is needed for this issue is the Operating System used and the version of OpenOffice.org the problem appears in. Othewise, this issue will be closed in two weeks as worksforme.
