Though not to 100%, I'm pretty sure that the mkdir rule in d.lst seems is wrong
- every example I found so far has a ":" after the action statement, so it
probably must read:
mkdir: %_DEST%\pck%_EXT%
instead of
mkdir %_DEST%\pck%_EXT%
Build breakers deserve a P2...
