SBA: Verified in CWS i18n30.

Note: The so-called "micro-placement" of some letters still occurs occasionally,
but only once per word, so "toggeling" does not make some letters "dance"
anymore.
Please note that this is something that rightfully always occurs when you do
<Ctrl>+<B> (to get the word bold) because bold letters need more space and thus
the line needs to be re-formatted on every toggle.

SBA->raindrops: If you believe that the remaining "one-time-micro-replacement"
of letters is worth to be looked after, feel free to file another issue (AFTER
CWS i18n30 is integrated... :-).
What I just have seen now in the CWS with the "basic" issue being fixed is
nothing to spend developer ressouces on (Based on my not-exactly-humble opinion
of 9 years QA and a good insight in the writer core developers nice pile of
"bigger fish to catch").
