When printing a Calc sheet with a fontwork element that is about an inch to the
left of the right-hand edge of the page, a second, empty page is printed. If the
right-hand edge of the fontwork element is moved to the left in any way (e.g. by
reducing the number of characters, moving the entire element to the left or
reducing the size of the element), the empty page is not printed. The same thing
happens in the PDF function and page preview. It doesn't help to select
"Suppress output of empty pages". See attached example (the blue fontwork
element).

The fontwork element is definitely completely on the first page by far. It took
quite a bit of testing to determine that the problem is the fontwork element.
