It has happened a number of times while working with the cws oj14 build, testing the Report Designer. The soffice.bin process will not terminate until it is explicitly killed via Task Manager. In one case I allowed 1 hour to pass from the time I closed the last window and exited Quickstarter. This behavior does not happen every time I run the application. Perhaps 1 out of 6 times at most. I am attempting to narrow down what exactly is different about that 6th run to make it happen. When (if) I get that bracketed down I'll report it here. Also, IMO, this is not a duplicate of 74818.
