------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu May 24 09:29:48 +0000 2007 ------- - open the attached database document - open the report "countries, tabular" for editing - select the "Continent" control in the detail section - Tools / Conditional Formatting ... - using the toolbox in the "Conditional Formatting" dialog, change the background color some some arbitrary color - change the background color back to "No Fill" => in the preview, the background becomes black. If you execute the report, then for the records which match the condition, the background is also black.
