Hi,
When I loaded OO I asked for the QS. I just forgot about it and started using
Writer from the Start menu. I know I did not use QS when I loaded OO. I'm not
even sure why I decided to use it. This is a test lab and we try all knids of
hardware and software here, so we don't always use conventional ways to start
application software. I will make a ghost copy of the OS next week and maybe I
can go back to the last baseline and try it again.

I feel this is a Vista problem. Why do I say that? Well, for some reason I
became the company Guinea pig. If I told you haw many software and hardware
bits that don't work you would wonder what madness has come over Mr. Gates.
Some software packages load OK but then some options don't work. Printer
options are a big one. To date, any piece of software older than 1 year is not
likely to work.

Cheers,
Frank
