Openoffice.org Draw/Impress recently got this feature, so Writer should have this feature too; that means you don't have to open Draw and do reptetive copy and paste actions between Writer and Draw there. Eyedrop tool could be added to Tools->Eyedrop and/or inside the Picture toolbar.
