Important note:
The PNG graphic in the page footer of the 2nd page isn't correctly rendered by
Microsoft Word. This *isn't* a defect in the WW8 export - it's an insufficiency
of Microsoft Word. The PNG graphic isn't created by OpenOffice.org. Use
OpenOffice.org Draw application to open this PNG graphic file and export this
graphic again in PNG file format - the resulting PNG graphic file can be
rendered correctly by Microsoft Word.
